Grace is a real professional but goes beyond.  She knows her stuff, is patient and cares.  She took me through Intramuros and provided a very interesting history.  She also helped me on some shopping and even found some unique, hard to find stores I was looking for.  I would recommend Grace to everyone and I will definitely use her again if she is available the next time I need touring in the Philippines.  Oh, she also gave great recommendations on further travel in Palawan and other places in Phil.  She is a great resource.

               During the 2 days trip at Manila(16/9 & 17/9/15), We received excellent services from grace & we are really thankful for making our trip even more memorable. Especially, horse riding during hiking the TAAL VOLCANO Batangas. We also believed that we got a best quote & you bring us to all the places as you promised without any hidden cost. The transport (VAN) is clean & well maintain. There is no any comments on driver. You was very punctual & helpful Grace.
1st day was so nice with the boat riding at the Lake while going to Taal Volcano. I believed it is a island which is surrounding with natural green plants. It's a nice view from top & good sightseeing too.
2nd day, at Fort Santiago & Rizal park which is historical places cover by lot of sad memories.

Greyz was my tour guide on my first day in Manila. She is an extremely pleasant lady, very well versed in all that has to do with Filipino culture, history and tradition. In the few hours that I spent in her company she gave me a treasure of information about historical events in Manila and surroundings.  I regret not having had more time to have her as my guide on other days, but I will contact her again on my next trip.

Being a travel agent myself, I know what qualities make a good tour guide. Greyz has them all. She is polite, punctual, has a very pleasant personality and goes out of her way to make the guest/s happy. Her English is excellent and her enthusiasm for her job is a huge plus point.

I do not hesitate in the least to recommend her guiding services to any future visitors to the Philippines.

I hired grace as my family's tourguide last dec of 2014 for a couple of days.Our experience with her is really awesome. She treated us as a family and we enjoy her company.
