I booked a tour with Cherie several weeks prior to my arrival in Suzhou. She was very helpful and suggested many options for the 1 day I had available. The communication with her was top notch. Several days prior to my arrival, my transportation from PVG to the Renaissance Suzhou fell through. Cherie made transportation arrangements for half the cost I was going to pay. The driver was waiting for me as I exited immigration. What a great help that was!
The day of the tour went without a hitch. From picking me up right on time, until dropping me off after a full day of sightseeing, the day couldn't have been better. I highly recommend considering Cherie as your guide.
