Tifa Like 0

In late May 2012 our group consisting of my girlfriend, her sister in a wheelchair, her parents (of Chinese origin) and me stayed for four days in Shanghai and Tifa was our guide during that time.
The itinerary of our stay was pre-arranged by our travel agency and Tifa lead us with a lot of knowledge and enthusiasm through the various stations of it, always providing us pro-actively with relevant insight information on the individual sights as well as the city and history of Shanghai. She was always inclusive in her interaction with our group, taking into account the fact that some members of our group only spoke Mandarin while others did not understand Mandarin at all and required to be talked to in English. At this point, I would like to specially mention Tifa’s excellent command of English and her flexibility in dealing with people with various cultural backgrounds at the same time.
Additionally, Tifa was also extremely helpful with words and deeds, for example when dealing with problems at the hotel or when taking care of the special needs of our group. Her open, direct, polite and entertaining nature as well as her candor and hands-on approach made our stay in Shanghai for each member of our group very pleasant, remarkable and special. Thank you, Tifa.

I arranged a two day tour (day 1 - Shanghai sights and day 2 - Hangzhou) with Ms. Tifa Wu for early May, 2012.  I can say Ms. Tifa's service exceeded all my expectations!  First I can say she tailored a two day experience that exactly matched what I had shared with her ahead of time that I would like to do.  Specifically, I had wanted to stay very active and busy and we managed to accomplish this and also have relaxing time for peaceful moments of tea along the Huangpu River and quiet moments of reflection overlooking West Lake.  Ms. Tifa was well prepared, knowledgeable, completely professional, and fun and entertaining the whole time.  It was very easy to communicate with Ms. Tifa because her English is excellent and she has a very good vocabulary which allowed us to have good conversations both days.  In summary, I will gladly hire Ms. Tifa Wu again for future adventures in wonderful China and I recommend her with my fullest regards. -Jim B. from Indiana, USA.

Tifa guided me for 3 days in late March 2012. We went to Hangzhou (200 km from Shanghai) by bullet train and for the other 2 days Tifa guided me around Shanghai.

Tifa was very flexible and as well as suggesting sites to visit, she also made it possible for me to visit sites I wanted to see.  I had asked before I arrived that we travel around Shanghai by public transport and Tifa took me around for the two days by buses, metro and taxis.

Tifa is punctual, knowledgeable and  straight forward. She has integrity and a good sense of humour and most of all she is fun to be with.
