San Antonio SeaWorld is located in the Westover Hills in San Antonio, Texas. Currently, it is the largest marine-live theme park in the world. Its territory spreads in 250 acres (100 ha). It was opened in 1988.

The Cathedral of San Fernando is located in Downtown San Antonio. It is a Roman Catholic Church and the seat of the archbishop. Its construction started in 1731 and it is the oldest church in Texas. Except from being known as the Cathedral of San Fernando it is also known as the Church of Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria y Guadalupe. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as well.  The chatedral was founded a fifteen families that arrived from the Canary Islands. In the 19th century the cathedral was extended and Gothic elements were added to it. Today, the cathedral is the center of religious life of the Roman Catholics in San Antonio. This cathedral is especially proud by the fact that it was visited by the Pope John Paul II in 1987.

The Alamo is the site of the historical Battle of the Alamo which occurred 170 year ago. It spreads on 2.4 acre of land and is circulated by the modern parts of San Antonio. The Alamo was founded as Mission San Antonio de Valero in the 18th century. Today, the Alamo is the most popular tourist attraction in San Antonio where visitors can enter from five entrances. Most visited things in the Alamo area is the church where visitors can see various artifacts and flags. There are also the Alamo gardens with beautiful lawns and flowers as well as the Wall of History. The Long Barrack Museum opened in 1968 describes the entire history of the Alamo and displays a short film on the same subject.
