Sangke Grassland is about 10km away from the Labrang monastery. There is road directly to the central of the land. The average height is above 3000km. The grassland covers about 70 square kilometer.There are only about 4000 herdsman. It's one of the most precious grassland in china.

The best season to go there is July, August and September. There you could taste the sweet milk, and enjoy the great fire dance at night and the unique shows by the local Tibetan people in the prairie
