The Naxi folk musical instrument,"koku",is I know in Chinses as the "kouxuan" or "mouth string," It,s the smallest musical instrument in the world. It weighs only about 50 grams and is carefully put together using three strips of bamboo.the "mouth string"is also the favorite musical instrument of Naxi girl.they use it to give voice to the feelings of their heats,so there are many Naxi girl who treat the mouth string like a kindred friend and keep it with them all their lives.

        The Foreigner Street is in the center of the  Dali Old Town, formerly known as "Huguo Road " which  means the beginning of the Republic of China ,Yunnan people against Yuan Shikai who proclaims himself to be a emperor . since 1980 many foreigner tourists came to Dali and overnight in the Camellia Hotel of this street so got this name .
