The teacher will provide detailed as well as useful instructions to the tourists ahead of the cooking class started. Taking a bamboo raft down the Li River is definitely one for any self-respecting Chinese bucket list. You can also take a more traditional cruise, soar above it all by helicopter, or even hike the Li River’s banks.
