Occasionally ,when I heard big whiny and screaming engine noises when I'm on my campus ,I know it must be the motor racing competition from ZIC ,which is just around three kilometers away in diameter from my campus .really ,ZIC has held many international games and is going to hold more and more continuously .Some Chinese celebrities like Hanhan (韩寒,TIME one hundred celebrities,well-known writer  ) and Caoying (曹颖,popular mainland female host )also showed their talents in motor racing this year and  one year ago separately .

(1) Zhuhai International Circuit

Zhuhai International Circuit (ZIC) was the first permanent motor racing circuit built in China. Completed in November 1996 to host China’s first international motor race event, the 4.3km long circuit has since become a hub for Motorsports enthusiasts from all over the world.  Built to exacting international standards and approved by the FIA (Federation Internationale DeL’Automobile), the race track offers challenging corners for spectacular overtaking maneuvers to world class drivers. ZIC is now host to many local, regional and international races, including the Pan Delta Super Racing Festival, Asian Festival of Speed, FIA GT (China Round) and America Champcar (China Round). More recently, it won the rights to organize China’s first National Superbike Championship. ZIC is also home to over 40 race teams that continue to use the facility to hone their driving skills. In addition, ZIC help many car manufacturers and car-related businesses (like tires and lubricants companies) stage their corporate activities that may range from product launches and tests to customer incentive events. Over the last few years, ZIC has received many accolades for its involvement in the promotion of Motorsports in China.

(2) Lakewood Golf Club

Lakewood Golf Club, considered by “World Executive Weekly” as the Top 10 Most Influential Golf Clubs in China is located in Jingding, Zhuhai. Against a backdrop of majestic mountains and beautiful lakes, the club boosts two international standard 18-hole golf courses designed by world famous designer, J. Michael Peollot. Both the Mountain Course (7212 yards) and Lake Course (6730 yards) provide an interesting array of hazards and terrain that will kindle the competitive spirit in both the novice and professional. And yet, it would be hard for any golfer to miss the stunning physical beauty and ambience of the surrounding grounds which are tastefully lined with natural floral and vegetation.  The New Yuanmingyuan Palace in Zhuhai was built in 1997with as area of 1.39 sq.km,about one third of the original Qing imperial Yuanmingyuan Palace in Beijing .

The original Yuanmingyuan Palace was located in the western suburb of Beijing .The construction of the palace started in 1709 and eventually completed after 151 years .It saw six emperors and was a demonstration of national manpower ,economic prosperity and the wisdom of Chinese people .There you could appreciate more than 40 domestic and foreign scenic spots and 145 buildings ,most of which were of traditional courtyard style except one which was of western style .It was a treasure of Chinese garden-type building.
