With over a decade of heritage dating back to 1883 Caffe Pascuccci has just commenced on its next venture, with its first two China outlets just opened in Hong Kong. However, in spite of the longstanding legacy behind the company, Caffe Pascuccci is miles apart from traditional coffee houses and even further removed from all the other homogenized coffee shops that litter our city streets.
Caffe Pascuccci diverges in many aspects, but one of the most noticeable differences is the interior. Brightly inviting, sleek and modern; the design theme is hip and cosmopolitan.
Hints of baroque styling emerge on the white leather seats and sofas, with reflective steel panels drawing one to the open serving counter – the source of the tempting aromas that infuse the shop. Another distinguishing element of Caffe Pascuccci is its unique selection of beverages.
Beautifully inspired and creatively innovative, these drinks take coffee to new heights. While they may not exactly be traditional, they are beyond tempting, with their own branded coffee beans appearing in such caffeine concoctions as their Yogurt Cappuccino, their Sorbetto Cappuccino and their popular Fraspuccio Meringato.
With an attention to detail, their milk is much foamier and their cream much creamer than other coffee shops, and they mix and match a kaleidoscopic range of ingredients. The beauty is in the variation.
Breaking the norm and standing out from the crowd; Caffe Pascuccci is where old meets new and tradition meets innovation. With all the unvarying high-street coffee shops around today, you could do worse.

The name ’tivo’ is short for ’aperitivo’ – a light alcoholic drink before lunch or dinner, often served with free snacks in an Italian bar. They do this with gusto at tivo, where their passion for wine is apparent in their vast selection of 10 white and 10 red by-the-glass wines, plus their collection of daily wine specials. The carefully selected list of wines is sourced from regions around the world, with all adhering to their core philosophy of balance between styles suited to food, and suited to whet the palate before food.
