The tour can be of two days. Day one for the Taj Mahal and the next day for Fatehpur Sikri. After the Taj Mahal, we can go to Mehtab Garden, a place on the back side of the Taj Mahal; here the Taj Mahal is seen from the garden with no people around to disturb you. Couples can sit all day long and enjoy the beauty of Taj on the banks of River Yamuna. After coming back from Mehtab garden, we can go to the Red Fort. Now we can go to the local markets for shopping.

The next day we can go Fatehpur Sikri. A very beautiful fort awaits you. This is my favorite place. I was mesmerized on seeing the beauty of this place when I went there for the first time. Lots and lots of places to click photos.

The Taj Mahal is one monument no traveler to India leaves without seeing and sighing at.  No words can describe its beauty, so I'll stop short right here, and I'm providing no images either. TOUR ITINERARY:

Pick up from New Delhi Airport Or New Delhi railway station. Drive to Agra via New Express Highway inclusive of all toll taxes and state taxes.

Meeting the Guide on arrival in Agra City – later proceed to Taj Mahal.

Taj Mahal which was built in the 17th century by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. one of the Seven Wonders of the World and surely the most extravagant expression of love ever created. 20,000 men labored for over 17 years to build this memorial to Shah Jahan's beloved wife. It's a wealth of white marble and semi-precious stones.

Taj Mahal remains closed on Friday to all the visitors.

Later proceed to explore the local handicrafts and shopping centers of the city where one can look for marble inlay work, fine quality carpets, Zari and embroidery, leather goods etc.

Later we leave for tour of the imposing Agra Fort, built of red sandstone and marble is a hilltop citadel with fabulous courtyards, fountains and gates.

After Sightseeing of Taj Mahal and Agra Fort , you will be having a lunch break in Popular A/C Restaurant.
