'Nuwaraeliya' the paradise of hills in Srilanka.in the colonial time British were attracted by the beauty of Nuwaraeliya and they called this wonderfull city as the 'little England'.they could not leave this city and built every facility to spend their leisure time.the golf course,race course ground,club houses,holiday bungalows,churches,leisure parks,railway track made this little city perfect.

Nuwaraeliya is naturally decorated with water falls and tea plantations around her outskirts.this wonderful hill is an asset to the country as a water feeding area.through out the year the city gets enough rain and keeps a cold climate between 16 degrees.

Horton plains is situated in closer to  Nuwaraeliya, and lot of fruits and vegetable fields brings a pretty look to the city borders.Nuwaraeliya is a gift of the God to Srilanka and you must spend few days in Nuwaraeliya to taste all these nature.
