Om Café & Gallery located in Dali Renmin middle road, is a chill out place with a decent collection of music, has roof top garden, and the first floor runs as Café, serving world cuisine with southeast Asian curries, middle eastern hummus and  nuances from around the world. The Burmese owner is super friendly serving French wine at 85y per bottle.
