Hung Shing Yeh beach, Lamma Island
Hung Shing Yeh Beach is the most popular beach on Lamma Island due to its relative proximity to the ferry pier, it is an easy 20 minute walk from Yung Shue Wan Ferry Pier. The sand on the beach is very fine, like powder. The water of the Beach is clean and it is classified as a Grade 1 beach, life guards are present during the summer season.
Near the beach is a barbecue area, refreshment kiosk, and showers and changing rooms.

A six-hour trip to Lamma Island. The third largest island of Hong Kong after Lantau and Hong Kong Island, it is home to barely 8,000 people. Main villages are Sok Kwu Wan in the south-east, and Yung Shue Wan in the north-west. For the more adventurous travellers we can climb Ling Kok Shan and visit some old Japanese-built wartime tunnels, that are now very well hidden in the countryside (in this case the tour will be longer).
