Kamikaze Grottoes
The "kamikaze grottoes" are two caves about 20m deep, crudely dug out in the mountain. These tunnels were most likely dug by the Japanese during the occupation of Hong Kong to hide ammunition and kamikaze speedboats to attack incoming enemy vessels. They have never been used for that purpose as the Japanese withdrew from Hong Kong after the emperor surrendered to the US.

Lamma Island
A six-hour trip to Lamma Island. The third largest island of Hong Kong after Lantau and Hong Kong Island, it is home to barely 8,000 people. Main villages are Sok Kwu Wan in the south-east, and Yung Shue Wan in the north-west. A tour of this island includes a walk from Sok Kwu Wan to Yung Shue Wan, passing through small villages and sporting great views.

For the more adventurous travellers we can climb Ling Kok Shan and visit some old Japanese-built wartime tunnels, that are now very well hidden in the countryside (in this case the tour will be longer).
