Former residence of Cai Yuanpei

This is an elegant house hidden in an ordinary residential block in Jing'an District. Here you can find many cultural relics previously used by Mr. Cai Yuanpei. Cai is an honorable Chinese revolutionist and educationist in the early 20th century. He introduced many advanced thoughts from western world and made a great contribution to the development of China's modern higher education.
