• Today's full-day excursion will take you to the majestic Badaling Great Wall (70km away from Beijing downtown). Badaling Great Wall of the Ming Great Wall is the best preserved and the most representative section.
• In the afternoon, you will marvel at the splendid Summer Palace, the former royal garden, it is the largest and most beautiful Chinese imperial garden.On the way back to your hotel, you may make a stop at the Beijing Olympic Village to take some pictures of the world-famed "Bird’s Nest" and the "Water Cube" from the outside.

Pick up from your hotel lobby at 8:00am.Transfer to Badaling wildlife park by car(about 2hours), tour arround Badaling wildlife park.Lying at the foot of the Great Wall at Badaling(2hours), the Beijing Badaling Wildlife World is more than 60 kilometers from the city proper of Beijing, and is adjacent to the Badaling Expressway and the newly built Large Badaling Parking Lot. It covers an area of about 400 hectares.

Badaling Wildlife World:

Being the largest zoo of mountain wildlife in China, Beijing Badaling Wildlife World lies at the foot of the Great Wall 400 hectares. It is more than 60 kilometers from Beijing, and is adjacent to the Badaling Expressway and the newly built Large Badaling Parking Lot.The park is famous for its raising fierce animals in large groups in open areas. Animals can walk freely in the world. It contains 20 zones for viewing animals, two for visiting historical sites, four performances centers, one zone for enjoying plants and one for body-fitting activities.

In the afternoon transfer to Badaling Great Wall for sightseeing(2hours),which is a piece of great ancient defense project of the Chinese people and one of the wonders of the world. Originally built in Qin Dynasty to protect China's borders from the intrusion of the northern nomadic tribes.Transfer back to your hotel

Badaling Great Wall, a most famous section of the Great Wall, is located at Yanqing County in Beijing. Longqing Gorge sits at Yanqing County as well as Badaling Great Wall, so Longqing Gorge also attracts large number of tourists after Badaling Great Wall. Badaling, literally meaning "reach eight directions", got its name because the maze of its ridges stretches in all directions.
