Usually when you purchase a SIM card from China Mobile or China Unicom it would cost you RMB 100 and the card should have RMB 100 credit. If you want to do internet surfing China Telecom has a 3G cards, which you can buy at their rep offices. Its wise to inquire on the kind of package as prices per minute differ.
