Day1 Flight to Lijiang  altitude 2400ms

     Pick-up at the airport Lijiang then transfer to the hotel in the old town. Visiting the old town. And the black dragon pool park.

Day2 Lijiang—tiger leaping gorge altitude 1800ms

    Leave early in the morning by our private car

for Qiaotou town then start hiking from qiaotou, today the hiking would very difficult because most of the time we climb up the path, especially the part that after the Naxi family guesthouse, there 28 bends along the climbing. Arrive at the guesthouse Tea-horse or the Halfway(1.5 hours more from tea-horse) in the afternoon have a rest and take hot shower after the long climbing today.

Day3   tiger leaping gorge ---Shangri-la  altitude 3200ms

    We continue today another 3 hours hiking until Tina’s guesthouse where we have lunch. Today the hiking would very easy because most of the tracks are flat and down.

After lunch, drive another 2hours from new road to Shangri-la, along the way we will pass the villages of minorities Naxi, Yi and Tibetan.

On arrival at Shangri-la ,visiting the Songzanlin lamasery temple which is the biggest temple for the yellow hat in the region and there are more than 700 monks living there.

Then walk around the old town for the rest of the day.
