Since Shanghai is a powerhouse in the global economy, it’s only fitting that it have its own world financial center. This financial center isn’t a stodgy old building, however; it’s an innovatively designed skyscraper that reaches 492 meters (1,614 feet) into the sky. The 101-story building is home to 20 multinational financial institutions, shopping malls and a major hotel. Visitors who suffer from acrophobia may want to pass on visiting the observation deck that’s located near the top of this amazing landmark. Those that make the elevator trip up will be rewarded with stunning views of Shanghai.

During this evening tour, you will have the chance to enjoy the amazing night lights of Shanghai city. Firstly we will stop at Nanjing Road Pedestrian street and we will take a short walk there. After that, we will have the evening cruise on Huangpu River. On the boat, you could see both sides of the river, Pudong and Puxi . The bund on Puxi side is well known as the International Architecture Exhibition. Nowadays in the old buildings, there are many chic pubs and restaurants. We will move to Pudong after the cruise and enjoy the wonderful city view at Lujiazui Commercial area which is the newly developed part of Shanghai. We will send you back to your hotel after that or you can go back by yourself.

Pick up from your hotel lobby at 09:00am in Shanghai downtown and transfer to Shanghai Museum. The museum has a collection of over 120,000 pieces, including bronze, ceramics, calligraphy, furniture, jades, ancient coins, paintings, seals, sculptures, minority art and foreign art. It has eleven galleries and three special temporary exhibition halls.(40minutes)

Then visit to Yu Garden. The Yu Gardens are a classical landscape in the Southern Chinese style with a history of more than 400 years. Pavilions, halls, rockeries and ponds display the finest in landscaping from the Southern style as seen in the Ming and Qing dynasties. More than 40 landscapes were ingeniously separated by latticed walls, winding corridors, and lattice windows.

Walking to The Shanghai Chenghuang Temple, which is a Taoist temple located at Shanghai City in East China. The Chenghuang Temple was first constructed during the Yongle reign (1403-1424) of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644).

Lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, visit to Xintiandi. Xin Tian Di attracts the eyes of people from all over the world. Famous stars open their restaurants or shops here, which become good places for fans to communicate with their idols. Except for that, the fascinating cabaret and cellar dinning room of the French restaurant, the inspiring rock music played by the Japanese music restaurant and the folk performance of South America in the Brazilian restaurant leave people with great impressions.

Then move on to visit Shanghai World Financial Center. Standing in the center of Lujiazui Finance & Trade Zone in Pudong, Shanghai World Financial Center (SWFC) was completed in August 28, 2008, being the tallest skyscraper in China surpassing its neighbor Jinmao Tower. Having 101 floors with a height of 492 meters (about 1,614 feet), it ranked the top in the heights of roof and usable floor by the time when it was built, announced by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH).

You see,at the Bund there are many architecture, the old style in 20's or 30's, while in the other side of Huangpu river are the tall buildings of modern style. The Bund also nicknamed Wall Street. There is a bronze bull with 2.5 ton weight. So let us see these places. Then the Yu Garden is a relaxation place to the the gardening skills. If time is too rush,we can go there next day.
