Fang Shan means “imitating imperial cuisine” in Chinese. Beijing Fang shan Restaurant is located in the Beihai Park on the northern part of the island .It was opened in 1925 by the chefs who worked in the "Royal Kitchen" (Yu Shan Fang) in the Forbidden City.  You can find a wide variety of royal cuisine for many ruling Chinese dynasties in the past. It also offers the most famous chinese meal-set "Man Han Quan Xi". The royal snack  like " Wo wo tou", " Wan dou huang " and " Rou mo shao bing" are all the favorite foods by Empress Dowager Cixi in the Qing Dynasty. It's really a sumptuous place for dining.
the waiters there all wear the original dresses of the former imperial period. Fangshan Restaurant offers a truly unique ambience for dining and enjoy.

Fangshan restaurant in Beihai Park, launched in 1925, the famous Palace restaurant is the capital city, Beijing Municipal Bureau of tourism targeted foreign restaurants, Grand restaurant.
