Shi du

Shi du, the most famous Natural Landscape scenic spot in Beijing.  It's a really beautiful place to relax.  Beacause the special Karst terrain features, we alslo called it " Mini Guilin."  There is a river named Juma River. It's about 20 kilometers long with a lot of  bends. But there was no bridge for crossing.  Therefore, there were many ferries along the river for the local people.  " Shi du" means the tenth ferry.  There are also first ferry, second ferry……, until the seventeenth ferry. But the environment around the tenth ferry is most beautiful. So we just called this area " Shi du".

You can come here to climb mountains or enjoy water on the river.  There are  entertainment items , like drift ,bungie jumping, raft  and go-karting. It's different feeling with the other scenic spots.  Natural, beautiful , fresh and freedome.
