The Bird's Nest, which looks just like a bird's nest made of tree branches, is located in the north of Beijing. It can hold about 90,000 spectators. Covering an area of 58,000 aquare meters. The construction on it was startes in December 2003 and was compeleted in 2007. The Bird's Nest where the track and field events as well as soccer matches were held will be used for many other large events.
Water Cube:
The National Aquatics Center will be the venue for swimming, diving, synchronized swimming and water-polo final during the Olympic Games. The total seating capacity is 17,000, including 6,000 permanent and 11,000 temporary for Games which will be removed post-Games, then the National Aquatics Center will become the venue for various activities such as aquatic sports, swimming, fitness and recreation.
Summer palace:
The Summer Palace has three main sections including the political active region, living section and visiting area. The serious and imperatorial Renshou Hall is the representative of the political area in Summer Palace.The palace features hundreds of architecturally distinct buildings, halls, pavilions, pagodas, bridges and corridors dispersed among magnificent and elegant gardens.
Lunch at a characteristic restaurant(1.5 hours).
Then transfer to Beijing Zoo(2 hours), the zoo is home to around 450 different species and has a population of some 5,000 animals. Some of the most popular attractions among visitors are the wild and rare animals of China itself, such as the giant pandas, golden monkeys, milu deer and northeast tigers. However, the collection is far from restricted to those species found only in the People's Republic of China; the polar bears, American bison, zebras, kangaroos, giraffes and elephants also draw large crowds. Transfer back to your hotel.
Beijing Zoo:
Beijing Zoo is on Xizhimenwai Street (Xizhimenwai Dajie), in the downtown Beijing area of Xicheng District. With an area of 90 hectares (222 acres), it ranks the largest zoo in China. It is also the earliest Chinese zoo open to the public and has the largest variety of animals of all the zoos in China. The zoo has fostered a good relationship with other zoos in over fifty countries and districts. Animals that are presented to China by other countries and celebrities are bred and can be seen here.

Badaling is the most famous section of the Great Wall, made famous outside China during President Richard Nixon's historic visit to China in February 1972. It has been visited by over 370 international celebrities and dignitaries, as well as by over 120 million tourists over the years. The Badaling section of the wall was originally constructed to protect Juyongguan, though has bee in use since the Warring States Period (770-476 BC).

In the afternoon,visit to the Olympic Green - Bird's Nest and Water Cube. The Beijing National Stadium(sightseeing about1hour), also known as the bird's nest will be the main track and field stadium for the 2008 Summer Olympics and will be host to the Opening and Closing ceremonies. In 2002 Government officials engaged architects worldwide in a design competition. Pritzker Prize-winning architects Herzog & de Meuron collaborated with ArupSport and China Architecture Design & Research Group to win the competition.
The National Aquatics Centre, known as "The Water Cube"(sightseeing about1hour), will be one of the most dramatic and exciting venues to feature sporting events for the Beijing Olympics in 2008. The building's structural design is based on the natural formation of soap bubbles To arrive at the building's structural design, which is based on the natural formation of soap bubbles to give a random, organic appearance, we used research undertaken by Weaire and Phelan (professors of physics) into how soap bubbles might be arranged in an infinite array.

I will meet you at your place. then directly driving to Mutianyu Great Wall ,this section wall is very Beautiful, you will have a good view on the wall.. after 2 or more hours hiking on the Wall . then ,driving to the OLympic Area , you can walk around this area , take nice pictures of Water cube and Birds Net . then drop off at your place.
