Hui Street in Xi'an

    Hui Street is the most famous snack street in Xi'an, and it is the most concentrated block for Xi'an delicacy. Hui Street is where you must go if you go to Xi'an.

    Hui Street locates in the central area of Xi'an City, just adjacent to Drum Tower.  The street is 500 meters long, and it is east and west direction. Now it has developed into a pedestrian street, especially flourish at night.

    You can find many local snacks in Hui Street, such as beef and lamp soup with stakes, becon beef and lamp, steamed lamp, Honeybee Zongzi, Shengshi brewed husk, lamp pancake, Babao sweetie porridge, peppery soup, cold rice noodles, rice noodles, rolling flour noodles, lamp dumplings, leek pancake, dumplings with sour soup, soup steamed bun, beef noodles, Jing cake, Zeng biscuit, lamp shaozi yi, Huanggui persimmon cake, Egg liaocao, water basin lamp, sesame cake, green onion cake and ETC.

    Hui Street follows in Muslim religion, and the entry is for free, 5 hours is enough for the tour here. The best time to come here is in spring and summer time.
