    The Mt. Siguniangshan ( Four-girl mountain) Scenic Area is an unspoiled wilderness park well-known throughout China, located in western Sichuan Province, near the town of Rilong in Aba. It includes one mountain - Mt. Siguniangshan, and three valleys -Shuangqiao Valley, Changping Valley, and Haizi Valley. The blue sky, clouds and mist, snow peaks, ancient cypress forests, rushing waterfalls, alpine meadows and local Tibetan and Qiang folk custom make this area like a fairyland.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Chengdu - Rilong Town - Shuangqiao Valley (L+D)
Departs Chengdu in the morning, pass through Balang Mountain, grassland. Arrive at Rilong town then head to Four girl mountain scenic one valley Shuangqiao valley. In this gully, you can view more than 10 snow mountains over 4,000m high, all the peaks, trees, grasslands, streams, and water drops are completely bared in their natural being, untouched and unspoiled by man. Overnight: New Siguniang Mountain hotel.

Day 2 Changping Valley sightseeing (B+L+D)
Morning drive to Changping Valley, which the four girl mountain lies inside this valley. And only part of its roads are open to traffic, so you need walk or ride horse to explore it. The valley mainly consists of forests, valleys, and snowy mountains towering over valleys. Overnight: New Siguniang Mountain hotel.

Day 3 Rilong - Chengdu(B+L)
After breakfast drive back to Chengdu,end the trip.

Lhasa is the capital city, focal point and spiritual heart of Tibet. There is enough to see in and around the city. It normally takes about 2 to 3 days to explore. Highlights in Lhasa include the World Heritage Sites of the Potala Palace, Jokhang temple and Pilgrimage circuit Barkhor. Two largest Gelupa Monasteries Drepung and Sera lie on the edge of the city. The 1-2day trip from Lhasa to the northern Nam-tso, one of the three holy lakes in Tibet, will shock you with its stunning view, and you will have a chance to visit Tsurphu Monastery, have natural Yangbachen hot-spring enroute. Or another couple of days, visit atmospheric Drigung Til Monastery and Tidrum Nunnery ( Have medicinal hot-spring), both at the east side of Lhasa. You can visit them by going to Ganden Monastery first, which is still another fantastic Gelupa Monastery.

 D1 Chengdu—Lhasa

 D2  Guide pick you from Lhasa airport and drop off to hotel. Rest in hotel to adapt the high altitude. Overnight in Lhasa.

D3 Lhasa city tour

Tour starts from the religious Potala Palace (3700 m )built in the 7th century by the famous Tibetan king-Songtzen Gampo. The present one was built by the 5th Dalai Lama in the 17th century. It became known as the "Winter Palace" by the 1750, when the 7th Dalai Lama built the Norbulingka Park as his summer residence. After lunch, you will visit Jokhang Temple,which is situated in the old section of Lhasa. King Songtzen Gampo built this temple in the mid-7th century A.D. Now it is the most sacred place in Tibet. Pilgrims come here to pay homage from all over Tibet. Visit Barkhore Street in the evening.

D4 Namtso lake/ Tsurphu Monastery/ Lhasa(350km)

Morning leave from Lhasa to Namtso Lake. On the way you will see the huge Changtang grassland and have a chance see the sky road- Qinghai Tibet Railway passing through it look likes a dragon. Pass by Nagchu Town. Then the Nyenchen Thanglha snow mountain ranges in front of you, and also you will pass the Nagela Pass. Then send you back to Lhasa' hotel you stayed. Overnight in Lhasa
