Hi, this is Sky,Business Interpreter/Tour Guide in Henan Province.
Taiping Street, Xiang River, Marketing area, I have been there in Changsha for 2 days last year, I think this is a very historical city, I mean, the old city area, but for the new city area, it is no big deal.
