Kangding, located in the east of Sichuan Kanzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, is the capital city of the prefecture. Kangding is a  distribution center for Tibetan and Han goods trade since long time ago, it is the mainland gateway to Tibet.The "tea horse trade" economic exchange center.

in Tang and Song Dynasty, it started the trade that the people in Tibet ,Qinghai, Mongolia etc, they had very good horses, but no good tea, Sichuan and Yunnan grow very good tea( both green tean and black tea), but these area had no good horses, so they trade with tea and horses.

      Litang is located in Maoyaba, which is in the basin of Tibet-Qinghai Plateau Fault. the basin is around 5000 square km. from a photographer's view, stand on the hill  of east Litang County . the whole city and the basin  look hallowed. 

     local Litang people feel proud for three things : the hight, temples and the horse race . 

     Litang's alitude is 4014m.  there is the famous Litang Changqingchun ke'er Temple . regarded as the holy Buddhism place of the south Kang area . everry year in Tibetan calendar 's June. the horse riding race is held here .

     Litang is locaed at the intersection of Sichuan-Tibet, Sichuan-Yunnan provincial roads. an important trading town for the connection of Sichuan , Yunnan and Tibet . 

Xinduqiao town is regarded as "photographers' heaven " in China . a world of light and shadow .  it is on the way from Kangding to Daocheng Yading. located on 318 National Road. 

       the altitude is 3300m, it's not a senic spot but a town, there is about 10 kilometers is called “ The Corridor of the Photographers "--grassland, snow mountains , wooden bridges, river . typical Tibetan style architectures etc.  every year in October, the whole area become colorful , golden shining and red under the sunshine . it is so beautiful and looks like oil paintings . 

from Xinduqiao you can see the main peak of Gongga Mountain ( which is regarded the king of the Sichuan mountains ) . the snow peaks with the sunset , amazing view. 

Yading scenic area is located in Daocheng county Ganzi Tibetan prefecture Sichuan province. It's know as"The soul of Shangri-la". Beacause it is located at  the centre of Shangri-la's Eco-tourism.and is a provincial and national-level nature reserve. It was listed as the Man and Bioshere nature reserves by UNESCO in 2003 and the three anow capped peaks og Yading were praised as one of the ten famous mountain ranges in China in 2005.Yading also was chosen as one of themost beautiful place in China. with its combination if magnificent highlight ecology. peculiar glacier physiognomy,Strong Tibetan Buddism and colorful customs of Khamba<Kangba> show all of Shangri-la's characteristics of "Calm, peace,purity and mystery". Yading has been kept as the most complete and pristine natural ecosystem in the country.

   The key part os Yading's scenery is its three snow capped peaks. their history can be traced to the Buddist world where there are twenty-four fammous holy land. in which Yading's peaks are elevanth.In the 8th century ,the great master padmasambhava gave thre holy names to the peaks: The north peak is Xiannairi, is Avaloktesvara Boddisattva<6032 meters above sea-level>. The south peak:Yangmaiyong is Manjusri bodhisattva<5958 meters above sea-level>. The East peak: Xianuoduoji, is Vajrapani Bodhisattva<5958 meters above sea- level>.

Mugecuo, also known as the wild sea located in Sichuan, China Ganzi, 26 kilometers from Kangding, is the largest alpine lake in northwestern sichuan.She is located in the middle section of Gongga mountain, about 5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with an area of 3.2 square kilometers.There are a number of other nearby alpine lakes and springs, forests, grasslands and mountain landscape with each other.
