Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City - Phan Thiet
Overland to Phan Thiet via a rubber and dragon-fruit plants. Arrive in Phan Thiet City. Transfer to the hotel. Afternoon, visit sand dunes, Poshanu Cham Tower, enjoy swimming at Mui Ne Beach. Overnight in Phan Thiet.

Day 2: Phan Thiet - Nha Trang (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning free at leisure for swimming on the beach. Afternoon, overland to Nha Trang via Ca Na Beach and Long Son Pagoda en route. Arrive in Nha Trang. Transfer to the hotel. Free at leisure. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Day 3: Nha Trang (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning boat cruise to visit Tri Nguyen Acquarium, Mun and Tam Island. Afternoon, tour to visit Po Nagar Cham Towers, Chong Promentary and Dam Market. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Day 4: Nha Trang - Da Lat (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Dalat. Arrive in Da Lat. Afternoon, tour to visit the Crazy House, Valley of Love, Xuan Huong Lake and Da Lat Market. Overnight in Da Lat.

Day 5: Da Lat (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day tour to visit Bao Dai' Summer Palace, Domain De Marie Church, Datanla Waterfalls, Truc Lam Pagoda, Tuyen Lam Lake and Chinese Pagoda. Overnight in Da Lat.

Day 6: Da Lat – Ho Chi Minh City (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Overland back to Ho Chi Minh City via Dambri Waterfalls in Bao Loc Town. Arrive in Saigon. Transfer to the departure point. End of service

Day 1: Sai Gon – Nam Cat Tien (L, D)

Pick up in Sai Gon in the early morning, about 3.5 hours driving to Cat Tien National Park. This morning we will drive northwards from Saigon to Cat Tien National Park, stop en route at Tan Phu Forest Enterprise Special Use where the rare endemic species, Orange – necked Partridge can be found. Other specialties here are Indochinese Green Magpie, Bar-bellied and Blue-rumped Pittas.

Drive to Cat Tien, commence exploration of this fabulous reserve during the afternoon.

Overnight in Nam Cat Tien (3 nights)

Day 2: Nam Cat Tien (B, L, D)

This day, we use jeep to visit Crocodile lake, a long list of targets such as Germain’s Peacock Pheasant, Siamese Fireback, Green Peafowl, Wreathed Hornbill, Lesser Adjutant, Woolly-necked Stork, Blue-rumped and Bar-bellied Pittas and many other widespread species such as Doves, Bulbuls, Purple Swamphen, White-breasted Waterhen, Kingfishers, etc.

Later in the afternoon we bird around HQ for Grey-faced Tit Babbler, Woodpeckers, Green Pigeons, Nighjars.

Day 3:  Nam Cat Tien (B, L, D)

The morning jeep to Heaven rapid to find Pale-headed and Black-and-buff Woodpeckers, Black-and-red, Banded, Dusky Broadbill.

Day 4: Nam Cat Tien – Da Lat (B, L, D)

Cat Tien – Da Lat After early morning birding at Cat Tien, we will drive northwards through the cultivated lowlands before climbing up onto the Lang Bian Plateau and the charming town of Da Lat. We will make several stops along the way at any patch of interesting-looking habitat, including some very attractive waterfalls. The hill resort of Da Lat, perhaps the most attractive large town in Vietnam, is located at 4,900 feet (ca. 1,475 meters) in a temperate region dotted with lakes and waterfalls and surrounded by evergreen forests, including various native pine woodlands.

Days 5 & 6: Da Lat Plateau Endemic Bird Area Two full days exploring Da Lat plateau, first of our visits is Ta Nung, a small private evergreen forest but is the most accessible site for the rare and endemic species Grey-crowned Crocias. Other goodies endemic such as Orange-breasted, Black-hooded Laughingthrushes, Vietnamese Cutia, Vietnamese Greenfinch may also be found here. The second visit is Langbian Mt, the high peak at 2,169 m asl. This forest support to the most sought-after species, the beautiful and skulking endemic Collared Laughingthrush. The Black-crowned Fulvetta (split from Rufous-winged Fulvetta) is the common endemic among other targets: Wintering Mugimaki Flycatcher, Yellow-billed Nuthatch, Yellow-cheeked Tit, Grey-crowned Tit (Black-throated Tit), Vietnamese Cutia,…

Day 7: Da Lat – Sai Gon (B, L)

The third visit of Da Lat plateau is Tuyen Lam Lake in this morning for Yellow-billed Nuthatch, Burmese Shrike, Slender-billed Oriole, Indochinese Cuckooshrike, Vietnamese Cutia, Red Crossbill. Later the morning drive back to Sai Gon – Tour end
