Xintiandi is basically the Harrods of Shanghai; great if it is to your taste. If not, give it a miss. One certain plus for Xintiandi is a mall with a large screen cinema showing movies in English on the back side of the complex.
I moved here last year, since i know Xintiandi, I go there shopping or having dinner at least 3 times a month, even just hang around Xintiandi will always be my first chioce.
The SASHIMI looks great, i am so loving it.
How much will be that one cost?
What about the average consumption?
Taiqing Palace also called Palace of Great Purity which is made of three Pavilions.
The main one is Sanqing Pavilion (三清殿) where have a statue of Lao Zi (老子). On the right side is the Pavilion of the Three Officials (三管殿), on the left side is the Three Emperors (三皇殿).
It`s a place about Taosim since Lao Zi is the founder ofit, so if you like the culture of Taoism here might be one of good place to go.
Really impressed me, good environment and good service, and the food, the drinks are really nice, but i just think the price is a little high to me and the Sandwich is too small, i went to another American restaurant before, everything are huge, and the price are worth of it.
Suzhou Amusement Park (Suzhou Le Yuan) has a slogan says "Go to American Disney is too far, come to Suzhou Amusement Park ".
This attracted me to go there 3 times when i at University. I like the scary ride like, Roller coaster, Vertical landing, Hawaii waves, etc. All of them made me cream till tears came out but after that i feel so happy and relief. Good place for everyone.
We went to Windows couple times, it`s one of our favorite bar in Shanghai, hot atmosphere with awesome drinks and snacks, price is affordable.
Just sometimes when it`s get too packed, it will take a while to get your food and drinks, that`s not so good.
Sounds like a right place to visit this Sunday, will it be too many people there or still feel cosy ? I like quite places with my lap top and sipping my coffee.
Wen Miao Market is an ancient temple which have the history over 1000 years old. Every Sunday morning local people and some travels like to come here to buy the old books which is really famous.
Shanghai Confucian Temple can be a culture "Bible" of people who loves reading and everyone will be able to gain comfort, strength form reading.
If you agree so, come to Wen Miao Market and find some books you like.
My office is nearby, every time i get off work i will past it by, but never get chance to go there, it looks not bad, maybe i will visit there this Friday night.
Hey Sam, we went there together, do you remember? You ordered at least 3 long island iced tea and got so drunk that night, pretty fun...
looks like it`s a nice bar. Expensive i guess?
