Shanghai Tower

In this one day tour, we will explore the Pudong part of Shanghai. Pudong is all about the future of Shanghai and China. The development of Pudong - which means East Bank- started in 1990. You will be impressed with what has been built in such a short time. See the big change in the two first pictures in the photo gallery.

During the day I will tell you about the development of Pudong and we will visit some of the impressive buildings. We have lunch in the fancy Super Brand Mall. We will also visit the Science and Technology Museum and of course, we will also have a look at the famous "Fake Market" located in Pudong.

The last part of the tour is the new Tower building, with 632 meters the second highest building in the world. The observation deck is the highest in the world and is on 121 level, at 561 meters high.

Around 5:30 pm, I bring you back to your hotel.

ITINERARY

-Pick you up from your hotel at 9.00 am

-Stop 1 Shanghai Pearl Television Tower:
 Once the highest building in Shanghai. Now surpassed by 3 other buildings. We will visit the Municipal History Museum on the ground floor 30 yuan for each person.

-Stop 2. Binjiang Avenue:
 This is the border of the Huangpu river, which is opposite of the Bund. You will have a beautiful view of the old skyline of Shanghai.

-Stop 3. Super Brand Mall:
 We walk through Super Brand Mall.

*Lunch

-Stop 4. Shanghai Science and Technology Museum:
 This museum shows you the history and state of the art of Chinese Science and technology.

-Stop 4. Visit Fake Market:
 We visit the biggest fake market in Shanghai. You will be surprised what you can buy here. Be prepared to bargain for a good price

-Stop 5. Visit Tower Building:
 The Tower Building is the highest building in China and the second-highest building in the world. We will go to the observation deck and you will have a beautiful overview if Shanghai.
 If you want to visit the observation deck the entrance fee is 180 yuan for each person.

And finally, I bring you back to your hotel.

 For extreme lovers I can organize skywalk "wander in the cloud". You can walk along a 60-meter-long (66-yard-long) and 1.2-meter-wide (1.3-yard-wide) glass skywalk without rails. It's located on the 88th sightseeing floor. From there, you can get a sweeping view of the sceneries on the banks of Huangpu River. The fee is $43 USD to enjoy the jinmao tower’s observation deck, and $18 USD for those willing to venture out onto the glass-bottomed skywalk that has the capacity to handle a total of 15 individuals, and two employees at once. And after exciting experience you may have relaxing drink at a view bar of Jinmao tower. 

After that we can visit the second tallest building in the world SHANGHAI TOWER, the 632-metre-high skyscraper is 31 metres taller than the previous title holder, the Makkah Royal Clock Tower in Mecca. The only taller building on the globe is the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, which measures 828 metres.

And after you can end up having dinner at  Shanghai Revolving Restaurant of the Oriental Pearl TV tower. Comparing with other buffet restaurants, the most thrilling selling point of the tower top restaurant is the breathtaking view it provides of the city blow. When the sun goes down and the star appear, guests occupying the window seat will see two shining rivers through the window: one is on the sky and made up of countless stars; another is merged by lights on the ground. Route 3: Huangpu River Cruise, Nanjing Pedestrian Street, Huaihai Road, French Concession "Xintiandi"

Shanghai is called the everbright city. To have a cruise on the Huangpu River to see the night of Shanghai is really a good choice. You can take lots of pictures of new and old Shanghai while cruising which will be your best souvenir of Shanghai.
