My English name is Delia and Chinese name is Lulu shao. I am a certified and professional private tour guide. I am easy-going,passionate and patient young lady and am interested in providing service for your convenience. I am familiar with Beijing History and culture. I'm not fighting alone now, I have built up a wonderful team with talent guides, experienced drivers and great partners in Beijing, Xi'an, Shanghai, Datong, Guilin, Lijiang...

Our Cars or vans provided belong to formal car rental companies and the guides are certificated by China Tourism Administration.

We have some drivers who have English Tour Guide licenses, so if you are independent minded traveler, you can use the Driver & Guide services, you could save money for your tour and tailor-made itinerary for yourself in Beijing, Xi'an, Shanghai, Datong, Guilin...

Regarding the transportation, I will arrange vehicle according to the number of travelers:

- 1 to 3 tourists group, car

- 4 to 10 tourists group, van.

- over 10 tourists group, mini-bus

The vehicle and driver are both licensed and belong to the car company. The vehicle is clean and comfortable. The driver is experienced with good skill.

The guide service includes:

- Meeting you at your hotel lobby in the morning to start the tour

- Showing you around, explaining everything to you and translating for you

- Giving introduction of scenic spots in detail

- Taking you back to the hotel after one day 's trip

- Arranging something for you such as itinerary, transportation tools, hotel, tickets reservation and anything else you request.

While traveling to Beijing for the first time with my mom in August, a colleague recommended Lulu's Tour. No regrets! Service was absolutely stellar. Lulu worked with me weeks in advance to design the best tour that worked for us! Most important to note was our incredible tour guide - Jenny - she was pleasant, very knowledgeable and took the time to educate us not only on our stops along the way (Great Wall, Summer Palace), but also Chinese/Beijing culture. My mom also has arthritis and a hard time walking/climbing and Jenny was amazing at patiently guiding us through the easiest paths along the Great Wall. Absolutely amazing guide! Can't imagine visiting the Great Wall again without Jenny or visiting Beijing without Lulu's Tour! Read less

We really enjoyed our tour with Jassy in Beijing on 11/6 and 11/7. She was excellent and really added to our experience at the Great Wall. We would not have gotten as much out of our trip if we had tried to do it alone. Her English was excellent and she was very knowledgeable about the Great Wall (and Beijing in general). She also had a great sense of humor and was a pleasure to be with for the day . She was a pleasure to be around and we had a lot of fun eating with her :) She brought us to some great local restaurants and we had amazing food! She let us choose what we wanted to do on our tour. The tour guide company completely did everything for our trip. They provide transportation and guides for two days in Beijing. We drove to Mutianyu to see the Great Wall. It was a 90 minute drive from Beijing in a clean, comfortable car with a courteous driver. Our guide, Lily, was fantastic and and very knowledgeable about all of the attractions we visited. Excellent tour - we enjoyed every minute of the day! Our guide Susan spoke excellent English and was professional, knowledgeable and fun. The driver was very pleasant and the newer van provided by Lulu's Tour was very comfortable. We visited Mutianyu Great Wall and Summer Palace and were also pleasantly surprised by the high-quality, authentic lunch provided by Lulu's Tour. Highly recommend Lulu's private Beijing tours. The night before the tour, I received a message at my hotel about the pickup time the next morning for my tour with the phone number of the guide. Angel and the tour created a fantastic tour from start to finish. They picked us up from the hotel, took us through Tiannamen Square and the Forbidden City, headed up to the Mutianyu Great Wall (the uncrowded part), ate lunch, then had 2 hours of free time to spend roaming the Great Wall. I was surprised at how many major sites we were able to squeeze in during the day. taking the afternoon approach to the Great Wall reduced traffic, and there were times when we had the entire wall to ourselves! All in all, Angel was knowledgable, kind, helpful, and super organized! It was a great deal! Read less

I had one free day in Beijing. I was hoping to scratch something off of my bucket list and got that and a day full of beauty, wonder and the best guide I could hope for. I booked the tour a couple weeks in advance. Everything worked out as scheduled and promised. The tour itself was filled with everything I wanted, seeing the sites, information about the history and details. Our guide Susan called the night before to confirm plans for the next day and arrived in the morning right on time. Susan, is extremely knowledgeable. My fellow tourists and I were very impressed. We were very fortunate that the sky was clear and the crowds were minimal when we went, and so we were able to have large stretches of the wall all to ourselves. Overall it was a great day, worth every penny.I am glad I took a photo of our guide, she made the day very special. Read less
