My English name is Delia and Chinese name is Lulu shao. I am a certified and professional private tour guide. I am easy-going,passionate and patient young lady and am interested in providing service for your convenience. I am familiar with Beijing History and culture. I'm not fighting alone now, I have built up a wonderful team with talent guides, experienced drivers and great partners in Beijing, Xi'an, Shanghai, Datong, Guilin, Lijiang...

Our Cars or vans provided belong to formal car rental companies and the guides are certificated by China Tourism Administration.

We have some drivers who have English Tour Guide licenses, so if you are independent minded traveler, you can use the Driver & Guide services, you could save money for your tour and tailor-made itinerary for yourself in Beijing, Xi'an, Shanghai, Datong, Guilin...

Regarding the transportation, I will arrange vehicle according to the number of travelers:

- 1 to 3 tourists group, car

- 4 to 10 tourists group, van.

- over 10 tourists group, mini-bus

The vehicle and driver are both licensed and belong to the car company. The vehicle is clean and comfortable. The driver is experienced with good skill.

The guide service includes:

- Meeting you at your hotel lobby in the morning to start the tour

- Showing you around, explaining everything to you and translating for you

- Giving introduction of scenic spots in detail

- Taking you back to the hotel after one day 's trip

- Arranging something for you such as itinerary, transportation tools, hotel, tickets reservation and anything else you request.

My family of 6 booked airport transfers and a 1-day tour at the end of December. The booking process was very good and my many questions were addressed promptly. The 1-day tour covered the Forbidden City, Tianmen Square and the breath-taking Great Wall. Delia, our English speaking tour guide was fantastic - she was so energetic and shared lots of information about the sights and China's history. She tried to engage with every family member and was quite funny! It was a long day because the great wall is outside of Beijing, but we covered the highlights that were important to us and felt the pace was right. For us, the tour cost was very reasonable too. Booking with Lulu was such a pleasure. She was very easy to communicate with. Lulu wasn't able to personally be our guide but she sent Susan and Susan was absolutely wonderful!!! We only had two days in Beijing so we wanted to make the best use of our time. She is very knowledgeable and just very pleasant as a person. While being close in case you have questions, she also gives you the opportunity to explore by yourself, do your photography, marvel at the scenery without being invasive. I really liked that. Susan took us to local restaurants and made us feel very comfortable and at ease! I would book though Lulu again in a second! Read less

We were visiting Beijing for the first time and wanted to experience a private tour instead of a group tour to gain a real insight. Lulu was fantastic from our initial enquires to being our tour guide for the day. We wanted to visit the Great Wall and Lulu recommended that we should also visit Summer Palace in addition to the Great Wall - which was truly stunning. Lulu is a great guide. From the moment we met her at our hotel lobby, she made our day enjoyable. Providing us with lots of information about the history and culture of China. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Beijing. Our only regret was that we didn't book her for an additional day. Read less

This was my second time in Beijing and second time with Lulu on a Day Tour of Beijing. She is so wonderful - knowledgeable, with reasonable prices - she is the best guide my family has ever had!

Just returned from Beijing and had a fantastic 1 day tour of the Great Wall, Summer Palace arranged via Lulu's Day tours. Jessy speaks very good English and gave us all the information on the history of each part of our tour. It was low season, very cold so dress up warm. Even on the drive to the Great wall Jessy informed us of other points of interest. We stopped for lunch en route to the wall, lovely local restaurant, very cheap and delicious food. The toboggan ride down from the wall is a must. So all in all, I would recommend a private tour by Jessy. She even gave us a little gift at the end of the day. There is a lot of walking involved as these sites are vast, so good trainers/ walking shoes recommended too. Read less

My wife & I made reservations based on a recommendation from a friend, and we were very pleased with the responsiveness. We booked a few months in advance and we're kept updated the entire time leading up to the day of the trip. Our tour guide Lulu was brilliant and very knowledgeable, plus she adjusted the tour to suit our personal needs. She will leave you alone when you wish to reflect on the views. Her English skill are very good and we had no trouble whatsoever communicating with her. We did 2 days, the Great Wall at the Mutianyu section & the Summer Palace and the following day Tian’anmen Square, Forbidden City, a walk around hutong area and Temple of Heaven. The local lunch spots were fabulous. I highly recommend this company. Read less
