My name is Susan and my husband Alan and I were very fortunate to have qinqin as our tour guide in Shanghai last week.  We are from Canada and this was our first trip to China.  qinqin arranged for a driver and car to meet us at the airport and deliver us to our hotel.  The next morning qinqin arrived before 9am to meet us in our hotel lobby to start the first of three amazing days of touring Shanghai and Suzhou.  She speaks excellent English; her knowledge of Chinese culture is superb and she knows all the best places to visit and the best way to get there.  qinqin took care of all our details including tickets to the acrobatic show and dinner reservations at a nice restaurant on The Bund.  Our time in Shanghai was so exciting and we covered so much and it was all because of the wonderful treatment we received from qinqin.  This was the first time we had hired a guide in a foreign city and it was such a positive experience.  qinqin is fun with agreat sense of humour.  We will defintiely recommend her to friends and hope we have the opportunity to see qinqin in Shanghai again one day.

Hi there, I hired Qinqin for two days 19th and 20th of April 2012 . Primarily my trip was a business trip and at the same time I wanted to see a little of Shanghai . I communicated with Qinqin before I left UK and she was prompt and complete in her replies. I had several appointments to make in China as well the task of fixing the best travel arrangements. Qinqin did this all for me with ease and also came with me out of Shanghai on my business trip. She is the perfect business assistant, knowing when to take charge of details , which she does very professionally and efficiently, knowing exactly when to be supportive but in the background, for example in a business meeting. She understands how business is done and her English is really fluent. Whilst working in corporations I have known and had experience of many assistants and I have to say few would match up to the level of Qinqin.  I came to China for business so the time we had to look at sights was limited but the few hours we spent sightseeing I can add she also knew all the history and all the things we looked at and her knowledge brought the buildings and the place alive.  My advice is to you if you are looking for a professional or tourist guide in Shanghai or around you do not need to look any further. Feel free to contact me to verify this review if you wish.

Hello there, I have just got back from an amazing 7 day trip to China where I had the good fortune to have hired Qinqin for 3 days as a private tour guide in Shanghai and I really must thank her for making those 3 days so memorable and making my first experience (and taste!) of China such a positive one. She has a great personality, a very friendly manner, speaks brilliant English, is so resourceful and is so knowledgeable about her subject. I feel like I've had a crash course in Chinese culture and history and I absolutely loved it. Sorry I wasn't such a good student! In short, I saw and learned so many things that would not have been possible without her and the itinerary she put together was just perfect. I only had one a half days in Shanghai and then one and a half days in Suzhou which is about a 2 hour drive away. Qinqin took care of everything and made sure those 3 days went so smoothly..including an important interview at a university in Suzhou Industrial Park which went very well indeed.....probably because I felt so comfortable and had no stress or worry about finding the place thanks to my wonderful guide. Look no further....whatever your needs for your trip to Shanghai, I am sure that Qinqin will be the perfect tour guide for you. I really cannot recommend her highly enough.

My name is Kevin and I have had the pleasure of having Qinqin to assist me on three Business trips to china now.

I was here for one week in December, One week in February and also the week just gone in March.

Once again Qinqin has proven her value in the assistance she has provided me. Organising internal flights, arranging meetings, advising on protocol with meetings and her excellent ability as a translator.

She goes above what I would call normal expectations, When our regional flight back to Shanghai was canceled due to bad weather she contacted Singapore Airlines for me and was able to rebook my return flight to Australia. Without her help I would have lost my original Flight and had to pay for a new return to Australia.

During this trip she was once again a flawless translator for me.

No complaints about being stuck away from home, Just good humor and help.

I highly recommend Qinqin to anyone wanting to come for Business or Pleasure, She will give that extra effort that makes the difference to your trip.

If you're looking for excellence, reliability, knowledge and personality, then look no further. After reading her reviews, I engaged Qinqin for a day long tour during a rare leisure day on my last trip to the Shanghai area. She arrived early (that ranks high to me as a business owner), communicates fantastically - her fluency, even in slang, is superb. Her knowledge is extraordinary. I found myself asking, "how do you know all this?".  She more than exceeded my expectations for the day. In addition, I had an important client coming into town with his wife and I had also arranged for Qinqin to take her on a shopping tour while her husband and I were conducting business. Now to not have met Qinqin yet and to engage her services for my client's wife was a huge leap of faith. My client's wife loved her and had a wonderful day with her. Whew!!

If anyone is worth their weight in gold, then Qinqin qualifies. She is the consummate professional.

Michael & I would like to thank you for everything you did to make our visit to Shanghai so memorable and successful.  From our very first contact and right through the planning and then meeting and acting as our guide, interpreter, train ticket purchaser - we cannot fault your efficiency, enthusiasm, knowledge, desire to go the extra mile to help your guests and your total understanding of our situation.    Many people would be uncertain to accept the role to help us as we have special needs due to Michael being in the wheelchair but you gave us great confidence right from the first moment that you would find a way to take him to the places he wished to visit and make it all possible and that is precisely what you did.  You showed great compassion and understanding for our situation and you took great care to ensure that Michael was well catered for with the vehicle and on the train.

Your effort in obtaining the exact train tickets that we required was most impressive as again, you had to request specific ticketing for the wheelchair and our trip between Shanghai and Beijing could have been spoilt if the person handling the booking had not done it correctly so we do thank you most especially for you extra help in arranging the tickets.   We can tell everyone that you are totally honest as you received our advance payment for the train tickets which you needed in order to purchase the tickets and accounted for all the money by deducting the excess from your daily fee.    We felt really comfortable dealing with you and didn't even question sending you the money in advance of meeting you as your trustworthiness and reliability was evident from your email communications.

Your English is excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent with you as you were so informative and so well organised that everything worked out perfectly in the time that we had available and we felt that you were more than just a 'Shanghai Guide' but in fact, you were a real friend to us and we will always remember you.
