Nancy Magic Tour Like 0

The tour was very well organised and Nancy is really a great, friendly and responsible agent. She was very responsive when we communicated with her through email and provide useful advice on the places to visit. She even helped us to book some of the accommodation at a cheaper rate than those we found online. She took the trouble to receive us personally at the airport, and made sure that we were settled in our accommodation despite the fact that we had booked it ourselves and it was very late in the night and freezing cold. Nancy also texted us regularly during the trip to make sure that everything was to our liking. Our guide, Mr Lui Fei was very knowledgeable, polite and pleasant. Our driver, Mr Yang was a safe and considerate driver and also very humorous. We enjoyed traveling with them, and would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends. Read less

Nancy stayed with us (me, my wife and our 2 daughters, 6 and 10 yo.) for 3 days and we loved her guidance and support. She was all the time very kind, polite and open. She is also very professional and organized everything for us; transfers,  car and driver, dining, shopping support ( she even bargained for us ! ), everything. The tours were very well organized and we could do the most out of our time. She was always very caring with our kids and they really liked her, even considering my daughters don't speak English. We really enjoyed every meal she organized for us, and she was very assertive on choosing the right plates for our taste. Nancy is a certified tour guide, so we didn't had to pay any ticket for her and we could feel that she was well respected everywhere. We strongly recommend her if you want a pleasant and trouble free stay in China.

Nancy is TERRIFIC! My wife and I used Nancy as our tour guide and airport pickup/drop off service for three days in Feb. 2013. Her services were exemplary. Nancy is a delightful, high energy and knowledgeable guide. She speaks fluent English. Her professionalism was evident from the start in her prompt responses to all of my pre-visit emails. She made our trip  thoroughly enjoyable. During our three days of tours, Nancy took us to all of the major sites. Nancy was extremely answered all of our questions politely, professionally and patiently. Nancy also steered us right with her recommendations of restaurants. She took us to several inexpensive, authentic, local Chinese restaurants that were fabulous. Also, her driver was awesome. Whenever we exited an attraction, he was right there waiting for us in the van. We rarely had to walk more than a few yards to our waiting van. Our pick up at the airport was late at night and our departure flight required a 5 AM pickup at our hotel but the driver was there promptly on both occasions. Nancy’s tour services were a bargain for all that we got. She was the right choice for us and I would not hesitate to hire her and her driver again.

It's hard to imagine a better guide than Nancy. She spent two days with my wife and myself, and somehow seemed to know precisely what we wanted to see and when we wanted to rest. Your schedule is her schedule. You tell her what kind of food you like, and she takes you to the best--not necessarily the most expensive. She is easy and fun to be with, and you get up each day looking forward to spending time with her. She is totally reliable and takes care of everything.

Nancy was a great tour guide. I was on a tight timeline, so he personalized a private tour for me (Terracotta Warriors, City Wall, Big Pagoda) with a driver and comfortable car that met my needs. Her price was very competitive (I shopped around) and she even treated me to nice lunch where we sampled the local foods. Her English is very good and certainly the best of the 4-5 different English speaking tour guides I have used in various cities across China. She had a very good understanding of Chinese history and culture. 

Allen even suggested a few extra sights I could visit on my own the next day before my flight. She gave me instructions in Chinese to give the various taxi drivers to make my last few hours in Xi'an most enjoyable. Thanks again!!!!

Nancy was our guide on a trip to Inner Mongolia from 1 till the 8th of October.

As artists we wanted to see Inner Mongolia on a different way.

Not only some cultural highlights, but we also wanted to see the normal Mongolian life style and the country side.

Nancy understood perfectly what we wanted, She organized a wonderful trip, with a very good car and a technical very reliable driver.

Nancy took us on small country roads, ancient villages, deserted dessert, salt mines, sand dunes, wetlands and the farest spot of the grasslands.

There were no tourists, so we could feel the deep and silent loneliness of the wide planes , eat with the local people and rise from our jurd in the freezing morning.

It was a happening.

She showed us the greatness of the sculptural treasures, for example the Yunan caves.

Very well speaking English and knowing well the Chinese ancient history she could answer all we wanted to know about the temples, caves, monasteries and religion.

And very pleasant on the right moments she could leave us to our selves to discover our own things.

What a wonderful trip with such very good guide…thank you.
