Hello everyone!:)

My name is Tia. I have been working as a freelance tour guide, English-Indonesian interpreter, translator and personal assistant in Jakarta for around 4 years. I have just completed a degree in English Literature and Language on August 2016. I started my job as a tour guide and interpreter when I was still in my first year at university. I really enjoy being a tour guide because I like meeting new people and make friends with people from around the world.

My experience as a translator, interpreter, and businesa assistant include: providing translating, interpreting and business assistant services in various contexts, including market researches, surveys, business meetings, exhibitions, conference, pre-launch event and translation of manuals/articles. My tasks include assisting foreign clients who were looking for suppliers or importers based in Jakarta, i.e. making phone calls, interpreting/ translating if required, doing internet researches, factory visits, making appointments, car rental bookings. I also provide Indonesian language lessons for anyone who wish to learn Indonesian during their stay in Jakarta - I am professional and experienced.
