Cheerful Greenie organised pick up and great 2 days tour of chengdu city and Leshan buddha for our group of 4 adults. Her response by wechat were prompt . She ensure everything went smoothly and on time. Hers drivers are knowledgable,patient and friendly, provided lots of information of chengdu and best food to go for. I came to chengdu unexpectedly alone (not even speak single mandarin at all!). I was quite frustrated and try to survive myself here. When I checked website to find guide can help me , I found her and contact thru wechat. She reply me straight back (super friendly) and organised my next day trip so quick! (mostly food coz I am foodie). She took me around locally well known places and help me experience “REAL” chengdu. Thank to her I had the best pastry in town !!! And mystery meat(rabbit) hahaha I was so comfortable with her English is almost perfect like native speaker. During my time with her, we talked about not only food(because I asked her I am here for food and Buddha) , we also talk about life of chengdu. We spent some time for chatting like old friend which made me feel more than guiding. If I did not go popular tourist area, i would have let her organise my trips. Greenie really went above and beyond for my friend and I. My friend and I needed a ride from Chengdu to Derge, which is a 3 day drive and had no luck despite contacting numerous drivers. Greenie was able to find a driver for us that was professional and courteous. Greenie, throughout the trip, kept checking up on us and was very communicative and professional. We were in Chengdu as part of a 2 week trip to China and predominantly did most of the travelling and sightseeing ourselves but for our visit to mount emei we needed some help. Greenie replied to me very quickly and was grest with her communication. She arranged a driver for us and although she wasn't with us it felt like she was as she kept in touch through out the day to ensure we were okay. Great english and a trusted person. Read less

My friends and I spent 5days in Sichuan. We had a great trip and very good experience. The coordination was easy and convenient. The driver was professional and the car was very clean in everyday.
