I contacted Bruce to help with my 10 days itinerary in Sichuan and to book a car and driver for my family. Bruce was extremely prompt, patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable in the tourism business. He was super friendly and professional. Unlike other guides in the area, he wasn't pushy and didn't try to make me visit the touristy places. He worked with me until I was satisfied with my own itinerary and often suggested routes that were more kids friendly. After the itinerary was set, Bruce worked diligently in educating me about the places I would be visiting and the different cultures in those areas. During the trip, he contacted me daily to make sure everything was going well and that there was no problems. He's a very responsible guide and a very nice man. I highly recommend Bruce! The car that Bruce got us was very nice and comfortable and clean. The driver, Mr Wei, was also very helpful and friendly. Thanks to Bruce and Mr. Wei, we had a very memorable trip!
