About Me

My Name is Ana Serra, originally from Gibraltar, I fell in love with this beautiful city whilst on vacation nearly ten years ago. It appears the coins I deposited at the Trevi Fountain worked wonders for me, as barely a year later I had tied the knot with a handsome Italian!  Having previously worked within the tourism sector both in Gibraltar &  Spain, it was easy to be drawn by the opportunity to work in this exciting area given Rome’s fascinating wealth of historical buildings, art and culture. I was lucky to find a company who was looking for tour promoters, and my adventure in Rome took off.  After undertaking an intense period of studying, courses, and exams, I was very proud to have gained my official Rome’s Tour Guide License. I am proud to specialise in creating customised walking tours of the City of Rome, this allows me  to develop a personalised itinerary to suit your requirements, operating a schedule at your chosen pace allowing you to experience this beautiful city at your leisure. Private Tours  include just you, your family, friends or group, so Let me guide you through our City’s important sites, venturing through the “Real Rome” via side streets, piazzas & neighbourhoods you usually never get to see from a Coach.

Good day, my name is Irina.
I would like to recommend you a Rome Tour Guide, Mrs Ana Serra.
I was lucky to go to the Vatican museums and St. Peter’s Basilica with Ana.
Ana’s tour was very informative, full of facts and figures, jokes and stories. I still remember many of them and how we were following Ana through the museum halls. Personally, I’m not a big fan of museums, but this tour was energetic, sometimes funny and IQ-improving.-)
Also, I would like to recommend you to join Ana’s tour to St. Peter’s Basilica. She will tell you about many things there which you would probably not notice yourself.
The tour was very organized. Every now and then Ana was making sure that nobody from her group falls behind. We all had special radios with an earphone. Payment was done in a civilized way, in the company’s office that is located not far from Vatican. Also, we did not have to wait in the line, believe me – that saves several hours for you and you can spend the precious time in Rome on something else.
All in all, this wonderful lady and her team care to provide a good-quality tour for the city guests.
Have a good trip to Rome!
Irina
