I engaged Mr Aderly's transport service for 3 days from 27 to 29 March 2013, to take my family and I around KL, visiting relatives, friends and attractions. Mr Aderly was waiting for us at the KLIA when we arrived from Singapore, and he arranged a smooth and efficient transfer to our hotel in Ampang. It was a good start to what I can only describe as an extremely professional, accommodating and flexible service throughout our stay in KL.
Mr Aderly must be commended for his polite and patient manner especially when assisting with transferring my wheel-chair bound mother to and from his vehicle. He is a very safe and competent driver and also knowledgeable about attractions in KL. He brought us to the KLCC Petronas Towers, Batu Caves and around KL City, always advising us about potential traffic jams and delays. He even went out of his way to buy some medication for my mother at a local pharmacy, while we were having dinner, since we were not able to find the correct medication earlier.Even though we went beyond our agreed-to number of hours per day, he was agreeable to extend his time to suit ours.
All in all, Mr Aderly provided first class driving and guiding service to us all, and I strongly recommend him to prospective travellers to KL, Malaysia. I will certainly engage him again when we visit KL in the future.
