We only had one day to spend in the national forest park of zhangjiajie and thanks to Wendy it was a wonderful day. She took us to see both some of the most popular places and also some places where we had wonderful views all to ourselves. She also arranged all the transports to, inside and from the park. Wendy's good and professional service started even before we arrived Zhangjiajie. I was suppose to book my own internal flight and I forgotten and when I checked, there's no more air ticket. As a result my schedule need to be changed. Wendy was very helpful and gave alternative itinerary that excludes flying and mentioned that air tickets might be release towards a later date. She monitored the air tickets availability and immediately informed me when she saw tickets online. During the first day, my plane was delayed for one hour but when we saw Wendy she greeted us with a big smile. Throughout the 4 days trip, she was very nice to help us take pictures and recommended us many local food that couldn't be found in Singapore. I highly recommend Wendy to anyone who wants a good trip in Zhangjiajie.

I visited Zhangjiajie in September 2015 and contacted Wendy before reaching. She was very prompt in her replies and helped me create a tour itinerary for 3 days. I was traveling solo and she helped me in every way possible. Even she helped in booking a room inside the Zhangjiajie National Park. She picked me up from airport as well and gave suggestions which hotel to stay in the city. Her knowledge of routes inside the park is really good and she will create itinerary according to your needs. She is fantastic tour guide and I recommend her very much. Wendy is a fantastic guide! My boyfriend and I visited Zhangjiajie in April 2015. Wendy greeted us with a big smile at the airport and from then on, we had an amazing time! She is fluent in English and fun to talk to! She knows a lot about Zhangjiajie and the surrounding areas. She enhanced our experience with her knowledge. Wendy helped us from day one. She booked our hotel for us (right outside the entrance of the park!) and helped us get settled in. Each day she picked up all the necessary tickets and helped us navigate the park, and catered to our schedule. Because she lives in the city of Zhangjiajie, she knows all the ways of accessing the park, how much time certain hikes will take, and which trails are less crowded. If you're looking to travel cheaply (like we were), she knows all the public bus routes to get you around. If you would rather hire your own private car, she can help with that too! Of course, Wendy is there for all your translating needs! Traveling in China and being unable to speak Chinese is extremely frustrating. Having Wendy with us lifted the language barrier between us and the local people. It was a huge relief! We were so thankful to have her with us! Without her help, we would not have seen all the wonderful sights of Zhangjiajie! Thanks Wendy!!

We had the privilege of having Wendy as our tour guide in Zhangjiajie from April 15-18, 2015. She was such a delight to be around and was always available to answer any of our questions leading up to our arrival in Zhangjiajie. She even answered all our questions even after we had left Zhangjiajie. We felt very comfortable around her and felt well taken care of. She really knew her away around Zhangjiajie National park and at Tianmen mountains and helped avoid much of the crowds.

She went above and beyond her job to ensure we had a great time in Zhangjiajie and we did! It was the highlight of our trip in China. She even invited us over for dinner and we got to meet her family, and spend time with her baby daughter. Wendy is a great tour guide, and you definitely get bang for your buck. If i ever go back to Zhangjiajie or have friends and family making a trip there, she is the one i would recommend. 5 stars all round!!!
