In November our family went to beijing . Cynthia is our guide , Her service is in one word "FANTASTIC!". I sincerely think that her service is tip top and of international standards. Very fluent English. Easy to understand, good choice of words. Very sharp to see and responsive to client's needs. Most of the time, we don't have to say anything, she can read by our body language! Very knowledgeable in many aspects, from the traditional chinese lifestyles, to weather forecast (hahaha!), to medical information, food places etc she is actually very knowledgeable on muslim food restaurants, she knows many places until we never ate at the same place twice! whatever we had a wonderful tip in beijing
