In early 2013 “De Brugse Hanze” was renamed O’teur, a new concept for  
parties, groups, events, catering and private dining.
 
After 24 years Joris Vanhee has finally passed on the baton!
 
After some renovation works O’teur today is truly a haven of peace and  
quiet in the busy city centre.
 
This authentic and widely renowned restaurant offers friendly service and  
delicious straightforward food.
For tourist groups we have a range of group menus in various price  
categories, with guaranteed efficient service. Next to this you can also  
taste one of our special beers or enjoy a glass of wine.
 
You can also organise your private or corporate parties here.
We will take care of everything down to the last details.
 
For years De Brugse Hanze has been a reference for incoming tourism. But from  
now on we wish to concentrate on parties and events to better respond to  
client demand.
We will continue to serve à la carte lunches and dinners at our restaurant  
Eetcafé De Vuyst, at 15, Simon Stevinplein, only 50 metres from O’teur.
 
Groups of 20 to 300 guests are welcome at O’teur!
 
This is the perfect location for big and small groups.
 
Depending on the formula of your choice you can book a room for 30 guests or  
a separate venue for up to 150 guests. We also have a nice terrace with a  
stunning panoramic view of the cathedral and the skyline of Bruges.
 
You can easily reach us by car. There are sufficient parking spaces available  
nearby as well as the Zilverpand car park.
 
Thanks to the efforts of our young, creative and passionate staff in the  
kitchen and front of house your meal will be simply perfect. Our employees  
are also always at your service to help and advise you about the organisation  
of your event.
