9am take a high speed train to Yanjiang Village,60km north west to Chengdu city.

Learn to make Sichuan food in a nice local restaurant, and cook your own lunch.

Walk around the village,and  see how people do farming there

Visit local family,and have chance to speak to locals

Back to Chengdu at 4pm
