Beijing has a long history,many of the interesting places are not in downtown, so better rent a car to visit all the places,taxi is fine,but taking a taxi is difficult at evening time.

Pick up from your hotel at 9:00am. Transfer to Olympic Green by car(40 minutes), tour ouside the Bird's nest and the Water Cube (2 hours) in Beijing, an Olympic Park in Beijing, constructed for the 2008 Summer Olympics. Visit National Stadium( bird's nest). The stadium hosted the main track and field Football, and final competitions for the 2008 Summer Olympics, as well as the opening and closing ceremonies.

Olympic Green:

The Olympic Green, Beijing's newest urban parkland, is great for walking and sightseeing-it's full of Olympic-themed sculptures, art and fun rest spots. To get to the Bird's Nest, walk north on Beichen Lu, and soon you'll see it on your right with the Water Cube on your left.The Bird's Nest-officially known as Beijing National Stadium-is easily the most iconic of Beijing's Olympic structures.

Water Cube:

The National Aquatics Center will be the venue for swimming, diving, synchronized swimming and water-polo final during the Olympic Games. The total seating capacity is 17,000, including 6,000 permanent and 11,000 temporary for Games which will be removed post-Games, then the National Aquatics Center will become the venue for various activities such as aquatic sports, swimming, fitness and recreation.

Lunch at a characteristic restaurant(1.5 hours). 

In the afternoon visit 798 Art Zone(1.5hours), or Dashanzi Art District, is a part of Dashanzi in the Chaoyang District of Beijing that houses a thriving artistic community, among 50 year old decommissioned military factory buildings of unique architectural style. It is often compared with New York's Green wich Village or SoHo, afterwards visit the National Theatre(1.5hours). Transfer back to your hotel.

798 Art Zone:

Pick up from your hotel lobby at around 9:00am. Proceed to see Olympic Green(1hour) by car, tour around the Bird`s Nest (Olympic National Stadium outside) and the Water Cube (Outside). Then transfer to Summer palace for sightseeing(2hours), the Summer palace - 20 kilometers northwest of downtown Beijing. Summer Palace is the largest imperial garden of Ming and Qing dynasty. The whole Summer Palace covers an area of over 290 hectares including more than 3,000 buildings, such as halls, pavilions, towers, etc. We also take a boat ride on the beautiful Kunming lake(1hour).

Bird's Nest:

The Bird's Nest, which looks just like a bird's nest made of tree branches, is located in the north of Beijing. It can hold about 90,000 spectators. Covering an area of 58,000 aquare meters. The construction on it was startes in December 2003 and was compeleted in 2007. The Bird's Nest where the track and field events as well as soccer matches were held will be used for many other large events.

Summer palace:

The Summer Palace has three main sections including the political active region, living section and visiting area. The serious and imperatorial Renshou Hall is the representative of the political area in Summer Palace.The palace features hundreds of architecturally distinct buildings, halls, pavilions, pagodas, bridges and corridors dispersed among magnificent and elegant gardens.

Then transfer to Beijing Zoo(2 hours), the zoo is home to around 450 different species and has a population of some 5,000 animals. Some of the most popular attractions among visitors are the wild and rare animals of China itself, such as the giant pandas, golden monkeys, milu deer and northeast tigers. However, the collection is far from restricted to those species found only in the People's Republic of China; the polar bears, American bison, zebras, kangaroos, giraffes and elephants also draw large crowds. Transfer back to your hotel.

Beijing Zoo:

Beijing Zoo is on Xizhimenwai Street (Xizhimenwai Dajie), in the downtown Beijing area of Xicheng District. With an area of 90 hectares (222 acres), it ranks the largest zoo in China. It is also the earliest Chinese zoo open to the public and has the largest variety of animals of all the zoos in China. The zoo has fostered a good relationship with other zoos in over fifty countries and districts. Animals that are presented to China by other countries and celebrities are bred and can be seen here.

Pick up at the exit of Xingang Port by our english tour guide and private car. Then drive to the Badaling Great Wall in Beijing(3.5- 4 hours). Badaling Great Wall is the most famous section of the Great Wall in China.The Badaling Great Wall,constructed in 1502 (during the Ming Dynasty),once served as a crucial military fortification, and is now the most impressive and representative section of the striking Great Wall.Sightseeing about 2hours.

Badaling Great Wall:

Badaling is the most famous section of the Great Wall, made famous outside China during President Richard Nixon's historic visit to China in February 1972. It has been visited by over 370 international celebrities and dignitaries, as well as by over 120 million tourists over the years. The Badaling section of the wall was originally constructed to protect Juyongguan, though has bee in use since the Warring States Period (770-476 BC).

Transfer back to your hotel or Beijing Capital International Airport for your flight going home or free activity on your own. we will stop at the Olympic Green (Bird's Nest & Water Cube) for 20 minutes to take pictures.

First we transfer to The Digital Beijing by car.The exhibition is on display on an unprecedentedly huge monolithic screen measuring 228 meters long and 3 meters tall. Thanks to digital representation, it restores thousands of buildings painted on A Round Glancing of Old Beijing, including moat, city walls, temples, prince mansions, hutungs, shops, restaurants and residential dwellings, in addition to scenes and activities of people of all walks of life in their daily lives and trades, such as opera, temple fair, shopping, wedding, funeral, entertainment and relaxation, and play.In the present time of change and transformation, Old Beijing has been nowhere to find. However, the digital show of " The Old Beijing Gets Moving" and "Exhibition of Folk Customs of Old Beijing", together with other exhibits and performances, present to the audience a vivid Old Beijing.

Digital Old Beijing:

In the afternoon,visit to the Olympic Green - Bird's Nest and Water Cube. The Beijing National Stadium(sightseeing about1hour), also known as the bird's nest will be the main track and field stadium for the 2008 Summer Olympics and will be host to the Opening and Closing ceremonies. In 2002 Government officials engaged architects worldwide in a design competition. Pritzker Prize-winning architects Herzog & de Meuron collaborated with ArupSport and China Architecture Design & Research Group to win the competition.

The National Aquatics Centre, known as "The Water Cube"(sightseeing about1hour), will be one of the most dramatic and exciting venues to feature sporting events for the Beijing Olympics in 2008. The building's structural design is based on the natural formation of soap bubbles To arrive at the building's structural design, which is based on the natural formation of soap bubbles to give a random, organic appearance, we used research undertaken by Weaire and Phelan (professors of physics) into how soap bubbles might be arranged in an infinite array.
