During the tour you will learn about the city's past and its rich history. On the route you'll see the most significant historical and architectural monuments of the city: 
* Cathedral - Orthodox and Catholic - churches XVII-XVIII centuries;
* Peter and Paul Church beginning of the seventeenth century and
* "Red" Church of the early twentieth century,
* The oldest street Nemiga that began from the ground and
* Wooden fortress - Minsk's castle and
* Picturesque upper town, and much more.
To your attention will be presented the Soviet era monuments and the life of modern Belarus Republic.
Special part in the tour will focus on the years of World War II and the postwar period. Contemporary Belarus is an interesting topic in international debates and it will not be ignored during the tour.
The final point of the tour will be the Trinity suburb - a place where the life of XVIII century city was concentrated. Today, there are museums, souvenir shops, cozy cafes, taverns and more.

This walking tour tells the history of the occupied Minsk and ghetto - one of the largest in Europe since World War II.
In Minsk ghetto Jews got from Belarus, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and other European countries.

The Minsk ghetto was the second largest in Europe with number of prisoners. There were three ghettos in Minsk: big ghetto, small ghetto and zonderghetto. Geographically it covers Ostrovsky street, Opanskogo str., Zaslavska str., Jubilee Square and other nearby streets.

Non-Jewish population of the area were evicted. The territory of the ghetto was fenced high network of barbed wire and guarded. These Nazis rounded up about 100 thousand people of Jewish nationality.To this day in Minsk preserved buildings and monuments that have witnessed the bloody atrocities of invaders.This is the building of administrative center of the ghetto (Judenrat), the building of Arbeitsamt,  headquarters organizational center of resistance; underground printing; underground shelter last ghetto (of which only 13 people survived ), tombstones in a Jewish cemetery, memorial plaques, and finally, the memorial "Pit" - the place where Jews were massively shot.

The tour is consist of 3 parts:

1. Minsk city during the period of WWII (by car). Hunger, life on the decrees, forced labor, concentration camps, Jewish Ghetto - the life of Minsk during WW II You will understand the cruelness of Nazi regime, suffering of local people and aim of underground movement.

2. Memorial complex - Khatyn (walking). The complex is located 54 km from Vitebsk highway.

March 22, 1943 the Nazis burned the small village of Khatyn, together with all people - 149 people were burned alive, including 75 children. This fame shared 186 villages in Belarus. Memorial "Khatyn" - the eternal memory of the victims of World War II, which killed every fourth Belarusian. The eternal flame that burns the three silver birch trees, symbolizing the loss, and bells whose mournful voice is heard every minute say to mankind - "Remember!". Remarkable for their tragic place leaves no one indifferent.

3. Mound of Glory - a monument to the liberators of Minsk. The majestic mound, topped by four up going bayonets, to commemorate the victory in World War II. The land for the Mound was brought out from the nine cities-heroes of the USSR and the most desperate battles fields. You also will be able to climb on top of it.
