The village is an oasis of serenity. When you enter the village you have a feeling that time has stopped. The special thing is also that the museum is a part of the Kumrovec village itself and local people still live connected to the Museum.
Every weekend during the summer months the museum employees organize local craftsmen to do their crafts inside the museum. That way you can see how pottery, wooden toys or traditional pastry is made.
