Yes, if you are in Shanghai during Chinese New Year time, you need to go and experience Longhua temple in New Year. (pretty crowed though.)
Never try the Napali food in China, but i did go to Kathmandu. The most impressive food i had is Napali Momos. which is very similar with Chinese steamed dumplings. very Yummy.
