The Power Generation and Steel Production Exhibition and Conference 2012 is aim at solving Africa's Power and Steel challenges. The event is a call for an active participation/involvement of the private sector and experts in the Power generation and  steel production. The Exhibition has been endorsed by the Federal Government of Nigeria and it is line with the Power Sector reform of 2010. Nigeria with a population of  around 160 million currently generates approximately 4200MW and is in dire need of power to move the economy. This event will be a key opportunity for investors to gain perfect knowledge of how they can invest in this sector.  The event will declared open by the the President, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Dr Goodluck E. Jonathan on the 6th of March 2012 and will have an attendance of over 3,000 with exhibitors, investors and visitors across the globe. The event attracts a registration fee for the Conference, Visitors and Exhibitors. Venue is International Conference Center, Abuja, Nigeria.
