I had Cindy as my tour guide in Shanghai last week. She communicated well with me from beginning to end. she was there at the time we agreed to start the day. Cindy is a very sweet person and made sure we saw everything we desired. She keeps the pace you want and provides a good explanation of places visited.

She has ample knowledge of Shanghai and can talk about any subject. A pleasant person to be with. She helped with translation throughout the day which made it totally stress free for me. Was great help when it can to bargaining, she was looking after my interest. Provided advice on any other topic I got interested in about Shanghai.

Cindy is very pleasant to be with. I would highly recommend her services to anyone traveling to Shanghai. It is not worth in doing this on your own.

I have hired Cindy as a tour guide to a long weekend trip to Qingdao. It was a nice trip, I enjoyed myself very much. Before the trip I told Cindy what I'm interested in and she prepared the points of interest in Qingdao. She organized everything perfect and guided me through the city. Cindy is a lively person, can talk sufficient English and can enjoy life and food. She was available for me from early in the morning to late night, very flexible in her working hours with no extra charge. I can recommend Cindy for your trip in Shanghai or China.

She was positive all the time and very kind to us. i have to also admit that her recommendations for local food was on target.

BUT...

do not expect from her as a tour guide. No any special idea came from her side for sightseeing.  If you want to wander with her just decide where you wanna go and make your own research. Also she  did not tell anything about Shanghai.  

I can strongly recommend her for people who can not google Shanghai, can not read subway map...

Do not forget that all people at touristic locations  including black market  are able to speak enough English.
