I had the extreme pleasure of having Lao as my guide on a recent trip to Changsha,China during the week of August 26th,2012.As I kind of contacted her on short notice,about 1 week before arriving;she made-up an itinerary for me that was very thorough and busy.She is very knowlegable in the history  and customs of Changsha and the surrounding areas.She even chose all the restaurants we ate at and I was very impressed and happy with all of them.The food was always delicious and amazing!Her English is very fluent,so I had no problem with understanding her.She is a tireless tour guide and will always make sure that you want to go see something in particular,and is even concerned about your health and safety.I would recommend her to anyone,and hope that if I ever have a chance to visit Changsha again,that I can call on her to ask her to be my guide again.Maybe for places I did not get to see in my short time there.I am sure she showed me most of them however.Xie Xie Ni Lao;keep in touch.Brian

I wanted to propose my fiance in Changsha, Hunan, but as I live in UK i didn't have anyone to help me make the arrangements.

Thankfully I found this website and I met Ms Lao which was extremely helpful in helping me arrange everything for the dinner with my fiance.

Needless to say everything went as planned and now am married to the girl i love.

Ms Lao was very helpful and patient and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a tour guide in Changsha or even make any arrangements such as my self.

I traveled to Changsha and hired Lao as my translator.  She is very professional and attentive to her work.  Lao's English is good and I had no problems understanding her translation. She is willing to travel throughout the Hunan province. I would highly recommend Lao as your translator when you come to China.
