First of all we would like to underline the fact that this is the first time we used a guide driver as, in all other countries we’ve visited in the past, we have always done all by ourselves. This time we were too fatigued to drive and my husband (usually the main driver) would have had the possibility to enjoy the landscape and not only the traffic.
Mr Jagath is a very good and careful driver. He explained us everything we asked him varying from food and going through plants, spices, trees, recent and old history, habits, dresses, religions and so on. Whenever we asked him to stop in order to take a picture he did.
It was very interesting holiday, we discovered the beauty and the wonderful nature which always surrounds life in Sri Lanka.
Please try to maintain this place as untamed as it is.
We do not agree with sri lanka’s government decision to impose such high price tickets for tourists in order to enter the archaeological sites.
Thanks to you Mr. Jagath for having been so patient with us and thanks for everything, we hope other tourists will follow our zotpiuts
